Rentals

Flying ScotThe Club Rental Fleet, established in 2012, has grown to be a popular option and desirable Member amenity.  The fleet currently consists of a 19ft Flying Scot (pictured above), (2) 17ft Day Sailers, (2) Stand Up Paddle Boards, and a tandem Kayak.  All are available for Member rental by the half-day, full day, and annually for unlimited use.  If you want to bring friends or guests, you are welcome to do so, but you (the member) are the Responsible Party and must be on board.

Call the office to schedule; 48 hour advance notice is required and rental hours are from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm daily. See the rate schedule  below for current (2015) rates.

When you arrive, you will be asked to certify or demonstrate the sailing skills required for safe use of the equipment (especially for the larger boats), and agree to remain within a prescribed area, in case a rescue should be required. PFDs and other required safety equipment is available and part of the requirement for using the boats. All of the rules are contained in the Fleet Usage Agreement which the Responsible Party will be asked to sign along with a Float Plan / Waiver of Liability and a credit card deposit charge form.  We want you to have a good time, but your safety and the safety of others are always our first concern. Copies of all the agreement are available upon request.

The staff will help you rig and launch the boats. Have a great time – there’s lots of fun to be had.
