"The satisfaction of being a member of the Sarasota Sailing Squadron will come from your use of the facility, the people you meet here, and the activities in which you become involved. The more you use the Squadron, the more you will become part of it.The grounds are available seven days a week for boat use, picnics, barbecues, informal get-together,s etc. There are usually people at the club in the late afternoon, sailing, performing upkeep on their boats or just relaxing. Anytime we have a Squadron-sponsored regatta with a dinner or dance following, all members are invited to participate. You do not have to race to enjoy our socials.

Our hope is that you will join us. As a community and family-oriented organization we offer a myriad of opportunities and activities, all at affordable prices. Our hope is to be able to offer something for each person- from the novice sailor to the experienced professional. Membership is open everyone and we look forward to seeing you!"
