Although a few of us gathered at the Squadron on Saturday, it was not a good afternoon for sailing. When we met things looked promising and 3 boats were launched before we sat down for a pre-sail sandwich. By the time lunch was over the front came through and the breeze was up to a stiff 22-25 kts. We felt fortunate that we were not caught out on the bay when the front came through. We have called an audible and will be sailing next Saturday, starting at “I” at 1:30. Early weather reports are for breeze around 12 with temps about 85. Pretty much ideal Flying Scot weather. Put it on your calendar. See you on the bay.
